A Waste of A Tuesday

Okay. I shouldn't say a waste.
I did make 4 batches of baby food.
I also did my Tracy Anderson muscular structure work (no cardio though.. whoops!)
I made the bed.
I did ONE load of laundry (Go me! that is improvement people!)

Okay fine. It wasn't a waste of a day. Just not as productive as yesterday.
Bubba stayed in his PJ's until 5, and that's when John got home and I FINALLY got to take a shower.

I feel like I probably need to cherish days like today because, come next year?
These days will never happen.
I am so grateful I got to stay at home this year.
Sometimes I was sad or bored or negative - but it has truly been a blessing.

If I wasn't at home I wouldn't get to watch Bubba do this all day:

or see this cat on KLG & Hoda...

I want him.

What I'm Doing Today...

I give you full permission to judge me. I would judge me.

If I'm being honest - other than a few loads for Bubba and a few loads for me (.. underwear) I don't think I've SERIOUSLY done laundry in a month. Wow, that's embarrassing. I just really REALLY hate it! Like more than any other chore in the world.

BUT, we are leaving for Grand Rapids tomorrow, and I am OUT of clothes. My jeans have reached their maximum amount of wears and I am sick of being unable to walk into my walk-in closet.

The worst part???! (Yes, it gets worse) There's MORE.. in my laundry room. There is only one word for this post - SHAME!

In other exciting news (while I procrastinate on doing that laundry some more). I am officially open for button swaps (E-mail me if you're interested!) Check out my very first sponsor, Dana! You can also expect to see a guest post from her while I'm away next Friday-Tuesday :)

Why will I be away, you ask? Bubba and I (And my mom & Megan too) are road-tripping to Washington D.C. to see my oldest sister! We couldn't be more excited - Bubba was telling his AuntE (we call my sister Erin, E.. so Aunt-E, Auntie, get it?!) all about what he would like to do during our visit, this morning via gchat...

Now I'm off to go do laundry for the rest of my life. UGH. I'll leave you with a little video of my army crawling babe-zilla. Please ignore my REALLY annoying baby voice. It just happens when I talk to him, and I don't know how to make it stop!
