Productivity Inducer
Nothing gets my productive juices flowing like a vacation in the very near future.
This week I have been consumed with laundry, packing lists, & preparation.... certainly no shopping...
Add on a few snafus with school and my computer, the need to finish Jack's birthday slide show,and the urge to scrub my house due to a visit from a dear friend scheduled for this afternoon...Yeah - I'm busy!
But the lists I keep making for myself?! I'm finishing them.crossing things off one by one.
I am SO looking forward to John and I's time away, that filling the hours of this week with busy-ness have been making the days fly by!
Anyone have must visit places/restaurants John and I must visit in Seattle/Friday Harbor?! Any and all suggestions are welcomed and encouraged!
P.S. Still no luck on obtaining bachelorette pictures.This is the only one I have recovered thus far. I still look relatively stable, so that is a plus! Doesn't that kissy face bachelorette back there look adorable?!She's getting married exactly ONE MONTH FROM YESTERDAY!
I had a panic moment when I realized I had yet to start practicing the song I was asked to sing. On the list it went.Check and check.

So, I am from Washington and very close to Friday Harbor, actually. :) I just read an article all about it and it gave some good suggestions on things to do and places to eat. Allium restaurant is supposed to be good but a bit spendy and Passionate for Pies is really good and reasonably priced.If you are up for hiking their is the turtleback mountain trail. :) I can't remember the name of the state park there with the lighthouse but it's a good place for spotting killer whales.

It tickles me to know that I am not the only one who does packing list & its even better to know that I am not the only one whom packs tons :) yay for others! I hope you have a great trip...
